Cancellation and Late Policy

All appointments are exclusively reserved for each patient. We understand that events can happen and requires a rescheduled or cancelled appointment. Vamped Aesthetics requires a 24 hour advanced notice on any cancellation or rescheduling appointment. Failure to do so, the $50 (fifty) deposit will be KEPT as a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee includes appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of scheduled appointments, same day cancellations, and no shows. If there was no deposit provided, your card on file will be charged $50 for cancellations. Any NO SHOW will be charged $50 (fifty) and their deposit will be revoked.

Booking Policy

Vamped Aesthetics requires a credit care on file and $50 (fifty) deposit at the time of book. Your deposit will apply towards the service. The deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED for cancellations, no-show or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hour notice of the scheduled appointment time, NO EXECEPTIONS. Your card will only be charged for deposits, cancellations/no show fees, or for authorized for purchases.

Payment and Financing Policy

All payments are due at the time of services. There are no refunds on services rendered. For your convenience, Vamped Aesthetics accepts several methods of payments such as, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit card, cash, Cherry Payment Plan and CareCredit. Starting January 1, 2025 all credit card charges will incur a 3% process fee. To avoid processing fees, cash or Zelle payment methods are accepted.
